Standard Rooms are available with king or twin beds. All rooms are en-suite and have a bath with overhead shower, freeview televisions, alarm and hospitality tray.

Superior Rooms are located in the main Edwardian part of the hotel and are more spacious and luxurious, furnished with either a king size bed, twin bed or four poster bed. These rooms also have large deluxe bathrooms.

Please Note:

• All prices are inclusive of VAT and as of 1st January 2010 @ 17.5%

• All Bank Holiday weekends have a minimum of 3 nights stay.

• Prices exclude Christmas and New Year periods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The hotel will forward, where time allows, written confirmation of your reservation, this you should check and advise us immediately if any details are incorrect.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card and a deposit of £75.00 per room reserved will be required.

We respectfully remind guests that a verbal or written confirmed reservation forms a contract between themselves, as the guest and Fairwater Head Hotel.

In the event of a cancellation of the reservation within 14 days of arrival, we shall endeavour to re-let the room. Should we be unable to do so however, regretfully we must charge 80% of the quoted price for the entire duration of the stay, this will be debited from your card.

If your reservation is made within 14 days of your arrival, you will automatically be in the cancellation period. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the day of arrival, no refund will be made. No refunds will be given for failing to take up any component included in the price of your confirmed reservation.

We recommend that guests have holiday cancellation insurance.

All cancellations and/or any changes to your reservation must be confirmed in writing.
