Our Eggs are local & free range, supplied by Ken at Higher Buckland Farm which is situated 1,000ft above sea level, at one of the highest points of the Blackdown Hills in Somerset. Ken thinks that’s the reason why his flock produce such great tasting eggs and he believes that by allowing his hens to roam outdoors and express their natural behaviour, they remain comfortable and settled in their surroundings.
Most of our Meat is supplied by of Axminster, Devon.
Complete Meats specialise in supplying the finest quality locally produced meat. All meat is traceable back to the farm it came from and Complete Meats owner Shaun personally inspects all of the farms to ensure a high standard of animal welfare. Complete Meats has won numerous awards for its produce, notably for sausages, bacon and home cured ham.

Some of our Lamb and Pork is supplied by farmer and trader Stuart Baker, Chagford, Devon
His farm, Lingcombe Farm, nestles on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Stuart has been a supplier of niche quality food since 1975 and supplies a few well known establishments.

His organic status farm in the hills above Bridport is where Cameron rears and brings on his Aberdeen Angus free range beef cattle. “You can taste the difference”
Our Fruit and Vegetables are supplied by P. Huish & Son Ltd, Chard
Established 60 years ago, Mr Huish and Son are a family run local wholesalers in Chard who supply locally produced, quality fruit and vegetables in and around South Somerset and East Devon.
Our Fish is supplied by Samways Fish Merchants and West Country Catch, both of which are based a few miles away in West Dorset
Our fish merchants pride themselves on the ability to provide their customers with the highest quality fresh fish to meet their every requirement and with the variety of their daily deliveries it enables us to offer fresh daily catches on our menu.
They have daily contact with their buyers in the Lyme Bay as well as further afield in Brixham, Plymouth, Looe, and Newlyn, which provides them with landings, forecasts and news for the day.
West Country Catch supply to some very well known local fish establishments as do Samways who also export their West Country fresh fish daily to Europe. Such is the demand for top quality inshore fish from the West Country.

Granny Gothards are now on their fifth farming generation at ‘Slough Court’ and it is from this family that Granny Gothards is born.
