Monthly Lunch Club
The Fairwater Lunch Club meets once a month on a Friday (usually the first Friday of the month) and consists of a mix of local residents from all walks of life. Arrival is at 12:30 for Canapés with a 2 course lunch with coffee from 1pm, followed by a guest speaker or event, which are all hand selected to provide a wide variety of entertainment.
Our Lunch Club guests have certainly enjoyed some fascinating speakers covering a range of topics from local businesses such as River Cottage, Axminster Carpets and Chilcotts Auctioneers to celebrity guests Dave Cash, Ann Widdecombe and equestrian Olympic winner Mary King MBE.
Membership runs from February to December annually and the membership charge for 2014 is just £15.00 for single membership for the year and £25.00 for couples.
