Terms and Conditions for Deposits, Reservations and Cancellations
For all accommodation bookings a deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation charge per room booked, is required to be paid by credit/debit card or cheque where time allows. This deposit is required to secure your accommodation.
The hotel will forward where time allows written confirmation of your booking by post or e-mail, which you should check and advise us immediately if any details are incorrect.
Your room rate will be confirmed at the time of booking and we cannot change the rate or terms once the booking has been confirmed.
If due to circumstances beyond our control we are forced to cancel your stay, we will refund your deposit in full and make every effort to find alternative accommodation for you; however we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you as a result.
We strongly urge all guests to take out appropriate cancellation or holiday insurance. All cancellations and/or any changes to your reservation must be confirmed by you in writing to the hotel.
A- If the accommodation is cancelled with at least 7 days notice before check in opens (15:00) on the day of your arrival, your deposit is refundable minus an administration fee of £15.00 per booking.
B- If the accommodation is cancelled or amended with less than 7 days notice before check in opens (15:00) on the day of your confirmed arrival, regretfully we will charge the first nights quoted tariff (deposit payment) for your amended or cancelled booking.
C- If your reservation is made within 7 days of your arrival, you will automatically be deemed to be in the cancellation period and regretfully we must charge the first nights quoted tariff (deposit payment) for any subsequent amended or cancelled bookings.
D- If after check-in you need to check-out early for any reason before your booked departure date, regretfully we will need to charge in full for all nights booked.
We strongly recommended you take out cancellation insurance and would be happy to provide details of a suitable policy.
No refunds will be given for guests failing to take up any component included in the price of your holiday.
